StudyDesk aids in the learning process as follows:

| Ask Questions! |
We respond within 24 hours. During regular business
hours, questions are usually answered in real time. At the bottom
of every page of text, there is a button titled "Tool Box."
Use this button to Search, Take Notes, and Ask Questions. If there
is a specific sentence or paragraph that you dont fully understand,
just drag it to the Feedback screen and click Submit Question. StudyDesk
will first search its database questions that have been asked by students
in the course. It will then present any answers that may have been
previously written on the issue, and it will relay the question to
us. |
| Mentor Exercises |
In this mode, StudyDesk provides hints, insights,
and partial solutions, proactively guiding you to the solution of
a problem. |
| Exercises |
When you submit an Exercise, StudyDesk will analyze
your performance and direct you to the next appropriate study area. |
| Monitoring |
StudyDesk monitors your progress and directs you
to weak areas that you need to study more. |
